We are a law firm specializing in real estate law with a notarial focus. We work in a service-oriented, reliable, thorough and fast manner and always have the needs and goals of our clients in mind, regardless of whether you need notarial support in the private or commercial sector.
In the legal field, we also advise on all aspects of real estate, e.g. in commercial tenancy law, in connection with permission agreements for wind turbines or with respect to the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements.
About the person
Dr Ulrike Bernert-Auerbach first completed a commercial apprenticeship, which she finished in 1994. In the same year, she began studying law at the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, which she completed in 1999. This was followed by her legal traineeship in Darmstadt. She was admitted to the bar in 2004. In 2011, she was awarded the academic degree of "doctor iuris". In 2015, she passed the notarial examination and was appointed as a notary in 2016.

Our services
We offer all notarial services in real estate, commercial and corporate law, inheritance and family law.
In the area of real estate law, we provide notarial support for large real estate transactions, including aspects of financing law (such as the creation of collateral), property development projects, purchase agreements for individual properties/property flats or transfer agreements (transfer by gift).
In the area of commercial and corporate law we support with respect to the incorporation of companies or the transfer of shares in companies or applications to the commercial register etc..
In inheritance and family law, we assist you with testamentary dispositions, health care proxies and living wills, prenuptial agreements and inheritance contracts.
